VizieR Online Data Catalog: Galaxy cluster outskirts probed by Chandra (Morandi+, 2015)

The sample we chose for this analysis is composed of 320 clusters from the Chandra archive (Table 1), with redshift range z=0.056-1.24 (the sample median redshift is ~0.4) and temperatures kT>=3keV (the sample median temperature is ~7keV). These sources have been observed with the Advanced CCD Imaging Spectrometer-I (ACIS-I) imaging array. These clusters have been selected because the X-ray observations encompass R200 of each cluster, hence they are suitable for observations of cluster outskirts. Moreover, source-free regions of the cluster observation are always present, allowing measurements of the local background (Fig. 1).
